Refund policy

Returns can be processed up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging, uninstalled and in the new condition that you received it. 

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required to return an item.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards and Clearance Items

Once your return is received, the refund will be processed immediately. 

If there are any other conditions or cause for concern, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and there is a problem.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items to: RidersOnly, #9  7130 Fisher Rd SE, Calgary, AB T2H 0W3. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All of our packages are shipped to our customers with tracking information. If a return is sent without tracking information, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
